The Office of the Ombudsman for WHO/Europe is implementing Respectful Workplace program and seeks qualified external coaches. The consultants will Provide confidential and individual coaching services to staff, Organize and conduct group discussions, and advise the Regional Ombudsman. The duration of consultancy is for 18 working days over a period of 6 months from June 1 to December 1, 2021.
Applicants must have an advanced degree in a related field, at least five years experience as qualified coach, and English proficiency. Preferred qualifications include mediation training, previous UN experience, experience with online coaching and online training facilitation, and Russian and/or French proficiency. The expected remuneration is $400 per day for 18 days over a period of six months for a total of $7,200. Applications are due by April 29, 2021. (UNJobNet.)
