The Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is seeking consultant to undertake a four-month "assessment of the organizational health of the program, starting with the group comprising the senior staff." The work also will include facilitating a tailored two-day meeting among the senior group and providing a documented roadmap with specific activities and milestones for transforming the team’s health.
Applicants must have a university degree (organizational development, public administration, social sciences. counselling, organizational psychology or related is desirable), at least 10 years of relevant experience, and experience with working with large organizations and in a multicultural setting (experience in working with the public sector is desirable). English is required with working knowledge of French is highly desirable. No salary indicated. Applications are due by August 25, 2021. (UN Careers.)
