Swann is a Professor of Biological Sciences, has been at Lehigh and has served in a number of administrative roles. She earned her PhD at Northwestern University and is is pursuing a Master's degree in negotiation and conflict resolution from Columbia University. In addition to being a member of IOA, she is a member of the Academic Parity Movement Advisory Board and the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment.
Meltzer, who joined the Ombuds Office last fall, is a Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences. She graduated from Gilford College, and earned an MS at the University of North Carolina and a PhD at Rice University. (Lehigh Ombuds.)
