As director of the office, the Ombuds works primarily with students, guiding them through the dispute resolution process and mediating disputes. Administrative duties include recruiting and training volunteer Ombuds. Applications must have at least a Bachelor's degree, three years of professional student services experience and a minimum of one year of dispute resolution experience.
