GMU University Ombudsman Dolores Gomez-Moran reports she handled 206 cases in the 2011-12 academic year, a 3% increase from the previous year, and a 13%
increase from 2009-10. Nearly have of all cases arose out of evaluative relationships, followed by services and administrative issues. Data were compiled using the IOA Uniform Reporting Categories. (GMU Ombuds 2012 Report.)
