The Office of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers reports that its Ombuds Office resolved 125 matters informally in the 2008 fiscal year. The ICANN Ombuds, Frank Fowlie, reported that he spent 150 days traveling for professional activities and managed his office without the services of an adjunct Ombuds.
