The faculty-level position reports to the provost's office and serves as a neutral or impartial dispute resolution practitioner whose major function is to provide confidential and informal assistance to students and faculty.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in fields related to academic administration, college student personnel services and/or counseling plus one to two years of experience, a master’s degree with five years direct experience in a college or university student services office.
