Course Content
This practical and interactive course provides organizational ombudsmen an introduction to conflict theory with a focus on both individual disputes and systemic conflict. Participants will develop an understanding of conflict theory together with skills and strategies for working with individuals and groups.
Intended Audience
Participants will be required to complete Foundations of Organizational Ombudsman Practice as a prerequisite to participating in this course. Participants may have a limited understanding of conflict.
