The department responsible for U.S. energy and nuclear safety policies is hiring an Associate Ombudsman. The position is based in the DOE Office of the Ombudsman in Washington, DC, and serves all DOE federal employees, world-wide. Some travel is required.
Applicants must have dispute resolution experience and experience in designing/implementing integrated conflict resolution systems. The position is open only to U.S. citizens and eligible candidates for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q/Top Secret clearance.. ReplyDeleteBecause of the hundreds of applications HR receives for every job posted, we were advised that all positions are now posted initially for 7 days or less. The downside is that the short timeframe gives the impression that we have someone in mind (pre-selection). Please be assured this is an open competition.
