
Applicants must have advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant area or equivalent experience; and at least ten years of professional experience, including five years at the international level. For this post, English fluency is required. Knowledge and experience of the region and experience working in the United Nations or other similar international organization, and another UN language are desirable.
