The state's flagship, public research institution in Albequerque is hiring an Ombuds Facilitator for Staff. Under the supervision of the University Staff Ombudsperson, the position will provide confidential, impartial, and informal facilitation, design and deliver training programs, and mediate, facilitate and negotiate staff issues.
Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree with five years of related experience (10 years preferred). Must be able to provide proof of having attended basic mediation training and at least 100 hours of mediation experience (500 hours preferred). The position is open until filled, but priority will be given to applications received by October 19, 2015. The full-time position pays $3,435.25 minimum to $4,158.34 per month.
