Ulrike Schlachter has joined the Ombuds Office at ETH Zürich, replacing Margrit Leuthold, who served since 2018 until last year. Schlachter joins Jonas Nakonz, Annette Spiro, and Kathrin Teuscher and will provide services to over 30,000 members of the leading Swiss engineering and technology university.
Schlachter comes to the Ombuds position after 29 years as coordinator of the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering, which required engagement with many of the ETH administrative departments and staff units. She graduated from
