Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in office administration, data management, and/or dispute resolution including some experience with data collection, records maintenance, and report preparation). Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher and professional training or certification in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
