Job Posting: MWI

MWI is hiring a Senior Manager of Ombuds Program Success to support the growth and quality of its outsourced Organizational Ombuds programs. This new, full-time remote role will lead program launches, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with IOA standards.

Ideal candidates have ombuds experience, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset. Salary range is $115,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits. Applications are due by August 5, 2025. (MWI Posting.)

For an organization incorporated as a non-profit community duspute resoultuon center, MWI sure does act like a for-profit private corporation.

Organizational Ombuds

Organizational Ombuds serve as a confidential, independent, neutral and informal dispute resolution resource for a specific entity. They are accessible to a defined population and can advocate for fairness. These unique characteristics distinguish Organizational Ombuds from Classical Ombuds, mediators, arbitrators, and other alternative dispute resolution professionals. The term "Ombuds" is shorthand for "Ombudsman," "Ombudsperson" and "Ombuds Officer," which also are used widely.

Germany/Austria -- Ombudspersonen and Ombudsleute
