Brothers brings decades of Ombuds experience to the job. For the past 17 years, she has been the Senior Associate Ombudsman for the National Institutes of Health. Prior to that, she was the Ombuds for Wellesley College for over 14 years. Brothers is also an active speaker and volunteer for IOA and Coalition of Federal Ombudsman.
