The position is located within the IOM Office of the Ombudsperson and Mediation Services and assists staff members with employment issues following IOA standards. The contract is for nine months and reports to the IOM Ombuds, Indumati Sen.
Unlike prior searches, this position is open to internal and external candidates. Applicants must have a Master’s degree and five years of relevant professional experience or a university degree and seven years of experience. Fluency in English and French is required, and working knowledge of another
