This year’s Harvard Negotiation Law Review’s Annual Symposium, “Ideas and Impact: Roger Fisher’s Legacy,” will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Fisher’s work is fundamental to the field of alternative dispute resolution, including the work of Organizational Ombuds.
The Symposium will feature speakers from across the country who will discuss Professor Fisher’s career and the impact of his work at Harvard Law School, throughout the country, and around the world. Speakers will include Michael Moffitt, Dean of the University of Oregon Law School of Law and keynote speaker at the 2011 IOA annual conference, and Robert C. Bordone, Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program and former Public Director on the Board of Certification for Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners. The Symposium is free, though registration is highly recommended. It will take place in Austin Hall North on the Harvard Law School campus. (Harvard Negotiation Law Blog.)
