Internship Opportunity: American Red Cross

The Red Cross Office of the Corporate Ombudsman in Washington, DC is accepting applications for a full-time summer internship. The opportunity is open to graduate students working towards a degree in Conflict Resolution or related field (law students are also eligible). 

The intern may assist with the following activities: 

• Support redesign of case management database.
• Capture and analyze data in support of the development and publication of an annual report that goes to Congress.
• Identify and explore tactics to best reach employees and volunteers to share the services of the office. 
• Develop processes and protocols in support of the newly created volunteer
  ombudsman cadre to increase the capacity of the office.

The intern may also have the opportunity to participate in Ombuds case sessions. Applications are due Thursday, April 19, 2012. (DC Jobs.)
