The Ombuds Office for Harvard’s Medical, Dental and Public Health Schools is hiring its first Associate Ombudsperson. The position will report to Melissa Brodrick, who, like her predecessors, has run a solo practice. The full-time position will provide services to faculty, staff, students, trainees and appointees for an initial two-year appointment.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years relevant experience. An advanced degree, experience in an academic and/or medical environment, basic mediation training, completion of IOA training, Ombuds experience, and familiarity with Harvard University and its medical affiliates are preferred.
