FCO-ACCUO 2019 Conference Call for Papers

The Forum of Canadian Ombudsman and the Association of Canadian College and University Ombudspersons are taking speaker proposals for their next biennial conference, set for April 15-17, 2019 at the Sheraton Centre Hotel in Toronto.  
Proposals may be for presentations, panels, or group discussions, limited to 50 minutes. Suggested topics include:

• How To... (best practices, investigative techniques)
• Communications
• Ombuds of the future
• Comparative studies
• Principles of Fairness

Proposals are due by October 9, 2018. (FCO-ACCUO Conf Call for Papers.)
