  1. I have worked with the Department of the Interior as one of my clients for the past two years, providing organizational assessment, mediation, coaching, and training services. I highly recommend this opportunity to interested students. The DOI has a very developed ADR program and very committed staff supporting the program. Additionally, it is unlikely that one will encounter a more diverse workplace in the Federal Government.
