International Coach Federation Webinar Features Ombuds

The professional association for Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, and Life Coaches presents a one-hour webinar, "Role of Ombudsmen in Managing Organizational Conflicts," on April 30, 2013 with Nick Diehl, the Deputy Ombudsman for the American Red Cross.

Diehl, who is the immediate Past President of IOA, will talk about IOA's history, mission and future, and his experiences as an Ombuds for an academic institution, a government organization and a large non-profit.  The event will be hosted by Ed Modell, the Judiciary Ombudsman for Maryland.
