The United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is hiring a temporary Conflict Resolution Officer in Entebbe.  The position will provide Ombuds and conflict resolution services to UN staff in the region including UNMISS, UNAMID, UNISFA, and RSCE. (The posting does not state the duration of the appointment.)

Applicants must have advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant area or equivalent experience.  Experience in alternate dispute resolution, UN work experience, and field missions are desirable.  For this post, English fluency is required and knowledge of French is desirable.  Applications are due May 22, 2017.
