Dale Moore,
who was appointed the Graduate Student Ombudsman at USC in 2012, has published a summary of his first year in the position. Moore says that 143
graduate students. The three most common concerns were service/ administrative
issues; evaluative relationships; and legal, regulatory, financial and compliance related
