"The incumbent functions independently as an organizational Ombudsman, and as an impartial and confidential resource, facilitator,
mediator, consultant, and dispute resolution practitioner for all NGIC personnel (professionals, supervisors, managers, and Senior Executives) and external sources seeking informal and early resolution of a wide range of workplace related and policy concerns."
