The NIH Office of the Ombudsman will hire a current Federal employee for a full-time, four-month position, with a potential for renewal. The employee may then return to their prior position with a Federal agency. this may be a reimbursable opportunity at the applicant's grade (GS-12, 13 or 14 level).
Candidates must possess a graduate degree in the social sciences, psychology, law, or conflict analysis and resolution, and considerable experience facilitating the resolution of disputes in the neutral role of an ombudsman, mediator, or similar ADR function.
