Profile of Ombuds at University of Central Florida

The Orlando Sentinel has published a short profile of UCF Ombuds, Shreya Trivedi.  The article reveals that Trivedi handles nearly 700 cases a year and has "quietly influenced campus life" since she was hired five years ago.

The article also quotes IOA President, Reese Ramos, who asserted that nearly ten percent of all higher education institutions now have an Ombuds. (Orlando Sentinel.)
