Job Posting: Transportation Security Administration

The TSA's Ombudsman Division (part of the Civil Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office) is hiring a full-time Ombudsman Specialist. The position serves internal and external stakeholders and about 25% travel is required.
Applicants must have at least relevant experience (e.g. mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching) and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. The job is located in Arlington, VA and pays from $77,367 to $119,982 per year (equivalent to GS-12/13). Applications are due September 19, 2017.
