The
Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is
offering a full-time, unpaid internship in its Vienna office. The internship will last two months and may be extended. The position offers the opportunity to conduct research on topics related to informal (alternative) dispute resolution in the UN, help identify systemic issues, and assist with outreach activities.
Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate degree program and be computer literate in standard software applications. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of another official UN language is an asset. The posting period for the position ends September 28, 2017. (UN Careers.)
