The TSA's Ombudsman Division (part of the Civil Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office) is hiring a full-time Ombudsman Specialist. The position serves internal and external stakeholders and about 25% travel is required. The position is open to current and former permanent Federal employees and veterans.
Applicants must have at least one year of relevant experience (e.g. mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching) and be able to obtain and pass a security clearance. The job is located in Arlington, VA and pays from $79,141 to $122,735 per year (equivalent to GS-12/13). Applications are due February 22, 2018.
