Pinterest Gains Second Experienced Ombuds

Teresa Ralicki has been hired as Ombuds Analyst at Pinterest, joining Head of Ombuds, Donna Douglass Williams, CO-OP. Ralicki comes to the position from the University of Colorado Denver, where she was an Ombuds for nearly six years.

Ralicki brings significant Ombuds and ADR experience to the job. Her resume includes over five years as an Associate Ombuds at the American Red Cross, mediation, and ADR research. She has been very active in the Ombuds profession as a frequent speaker at conferences, serving as an officer on the IOA Board of Directors, and establishing her own independent training company, The Ombuds Institute.
