Job Posting: Defense Logistics Agency

The U.S. Department of Defense's combat support agency is hiring a Program Analyst (Ombudsman). The position, "Provides an independent, informal, neutral, and confidential forum to hear and assist in addressing concerns of employees" (of which there are over 26,000 worldwide) and other stakeholders. Given the general secrecy about staffing within federal defense and intelligence agencies, it is hard to say whether or not this is a new program. Telework is available and some travel is required.

The position is open only to Status Candidates who are U.S. citizens. At least a year of relevant experience is required. The GS-14 position pays $127,523 to $165,782 per year and applications are due by October 4, 2024. (USA Jobs.)
