The European Group of Ombuds and Mediation Representatives will gather at SAP's headquarter in Walldorf, Germany, next week for their annual conference.
The annual, three-day event for professionals from large European and international organizations offers an opportunity to come together, share best practices, and collaborate on the evolving role of Ombuds in today’s world.
Carsten Pöschl, Global Ombudsperson at SAP, says he is looking forward to sharing the company's 15 years of experience as Ombuds in the IT and High-Tech sector and facilitating discussions about AI, tools, and best practices. The event will include breakout sessions, workshops, and discussions to explore how technology and innovation can support the Ombuds community. Sarah Klaper, President of IOA, will join other Ombuds for a panel discussion.
