This year, the ABA Ombuds Day Subcommittee will host a free webinar, “Exploring the AI Landscape: Challenges and Opportunities for Ombuds.” This engaging and wide-ranging discussion will include perspectives from different Ombuds sectors and will center around the impact that artificial intelligence will have on the future of the Ombuds profession.
