CPhA has opened a search for its first Organizational Ombudsman. The position will serve as a confidential, neutral, independent party for CPhA members, employed pharmacists, with concerns or questions regarding workplace issues.
The Ombuds is employed by CPhA, but is charged with being a source of information and referral; aiding in answering member’s questions; assisting in the resolution of member concerns; and coaching. The Ombuds is neither a representative of the employer nor an advocate for the employee, rather a resource for members that is provided by the Association. The Ombuds is independent of existing administrative structures and reports directly to the CPhA CEO. This is a contract position. No salary or closing date indicated.
