At the American Bar Association's annual conference in San Francisco, the Section on Dispute Resolution offers a number of sessions on August 10-11. Most interesting is a presentation on the U.S. Air Force's Negotiation Center of Excellence, which teaches interest-based, cross-cultural negotiation skills. Early bird registration closes May 31.
