Adam Barak Kleinberger, who was hired as an Associate Ombudsman at BU earlier this summer, will give a colloquium entitled, “Organizational Ombuds: An Improvised Journey” on September 18, 2014 at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Kleinberger earned his MA in Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston after graduating from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner and previously served as the Assistant Ombudsman at Cornell University.
