The Department of the Interior's Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution is hiring an Conflict Management Specialist to be based in Arlington, VA. Duties for the position include serving as "in-house coach, facilitator, mediator, or ombuds."


Some travel (up to five nights a month) is required. The position could be GS-9 or up to GS-13 and the pay range is correspondingly wide:$56,233 to $126,062 per year.
