Fraser says that she will focus on marketing and communications next year:
In this day of advanced technology, the internet and social media are effective means of engaging and educating students. In fact, these are often the preferred communication channels for our students. With that in mind, the content of the ombudsperson website will be updated along with its print communications and developing a social media campaign in the following years to come.Her full report is available online.
