OhioRISE Unveils Ombuds Program

Ohio's statewide, Medicaid behavioral health plan for children and youth has created an Ombuds Office. (Aetna administers the program for the state.) The Aetna OhioRISE Ombuds Office provides independent, confidential, impartial, and informal assistance to members, families, caregivers, providers, and community partners.
