The UCSF Office of the Ombuds is seeking an Associate Ombuds. The full-time position will report to Director and Ombuds, Ellen Goldstein, and join two Associate Ombuds, Kate Flynn and Paula Trejo-Phillips, and Ombuds Coordinator, Jonah Pedersen. The Associate Ombuds provides impartial, informal, independent, and confidential services to faculty, staff, trainees, students, and Medical Center employees. Regular onsite work is required, but a hybrid schedule is available. 

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of directly related experience, including documented mediation of two-party and group workplace conflicts. An advanced degree and completion of workplace mediation or IOA Foundations training are preferred. The annual salary range is $110,400–$235,400. No closing date indicated. (UCSF Posting.)
