IOA's First Conference Ombuds Hired for Pilot Year
Elaine Shaw, CO-OP, who served as the International Ombudsman Association's first Conference Ombuds, has been hired for a one-year pilot period. As the IOA Ombuds, Shaw will provide services to IOA members, conference attendees (virtually or on-site if the conference is held in in-person in Indianapolis, IN, as currently planned), and others in the IOA community.
