Applicants must have Master’s degree in alternative dispute resolution or law (Master’s degrees in human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, counseling and other social sciences may be considered); fifteen years of relevant professional experience, including at the international level in conflict coaching and in an Ombuds office; and fluency in English (proficiency in another UN language is an asset).
