Job Posting: Federal Emergency Management Agency

FEMA's Alternative Dispute Resolution Division in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Federal Emergency Management Agency is hiring an ADR-Advisor (experienced ADR professional and Ombuds). The position is assigned to the ADR Division’s Mission and Programs Branch in Washington, DC, and is funded for a two-year term. Telework is currently encouraged.

Applicants should have "significant experience and training in organizational ombuds, conflict management, conflict coaching, mediation, group facilitation, and conflict resolution training."
