Robinson began her career with the Social Security Administration before earning a Masters of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Seattle University School of Law. She later co-founded ADR Options Consulting, Inc., focusing on early dispute resolution, before joining MIT as an Ombuds. Known for her compassion and accessibility, she advised students, staff, and faculty on complex concerns and was an advocate for underserved communities throughout her life.
