The independent U.S. agency that regulates oceanborne international transportation is hiring an Attorney-Advisor. Among other duties, the position will provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services and make recommendations to the Office Director and Deputy Director, "through the provision of ombuds, mediation, facilitation, and arbitration services."
Applicants must have gradauted from an ABA-accredited law school, be an attorney in good standing, be a U.S. citizen, and have experience in alternative dispute resolution, and maritime and/or transportation law.
