Fhanysha (Clark) Gaddis has been appointed the first District Ombudsperson for the public school system in Central California. Gaddis will be a "designated neutral to facilitate the informal resolution of concerns of employees, managers, [40,000 enrolled] students and the community; with a focus on assisting in the resolutions of parent concerns."
For the past two years, Gaddis has been law and policy analyst at a Sacramento law firm. She graduated from UCLA and earned a Master of Public Policy and JD at Pepperdine University. (LinkedIn.)
