The Department of the Interior's Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution (CADR) is
hiring an Organizational Ombudsman. Based in Arlington, Virginia, the full-time position "works with other CADR staff to support the full range of conflict management and dispute resolution services and to identify opportunities and strategies to expand access to ombudsman services and improve the design and/or operation of the Department’s integrated conflict management system and further CADR’s mission."
Some travel (6-10 nights a month) is required. The position is GS-13 or GS-14 and the pay ranges from is $96,970 to $148,967 per year. ("First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the lower salary range of the grade level.") Applications are due by November 5, 2018. (USA Jobs.)
