The public research university in Toronto, Ontario has opened a search for its next Ombudsperson. The position leads a well-established office that serves 24,000 students. The position has been held by Nora Farrell since 2000. Other members of the office are Assistant Ombudspersons Ayesha Adam and Gemma Kerr.
Applicants should have a graduate degree in social sciences, education, law or a related field; knowledge of the post-secondary education setting and the policies and services available to students; and experience supervising professional staff.
