The public university in Lakeland has named Tom Dvorske as its next Ombudsperson. He moves into the position after two years as FPU's Vice Provost for Assessment and Instruction, and takes over from Lauren Willison. Dvorske serves a growing student population of about 2,000.
Dvorske has worked at Florida Poly since 2015 and has spent his career in academia. He graduated and earned a MA from Emporia State University, and earned a PhD at Oklahoma State University. (FPU Ombuds; LinkedIn.)
